Phone, Fax and Mail Orders

If you would like to order by phone, please call our office at 360-299-3100.

Our office hours are 8-5, Monday-Friday and 8-12 Noon on Saturday, U.S. Pacific Time. If you get our voice mail, or call after those hours, please leave a message and we will call you back.

Please don't leave your credit card and shipping address on the voice mail.

If you would like to mail or fax your order in, Use your cursor to highlight the form below, select the Print Command on your computer.

When the print box comes up, click on the button that says: Print Selection and then hit Print.

Once we receive your order by Fax or in the mail we will email you with order confirmation and a tracking number for your shipment.
